About Radiate Media
We are a boutique media company specializing in content production, campaigns, and event management. We work directly with platforms, media companies, filmmakers, purpose-driven businesses, non-profits, and thought leaders, helping them with impact storytelling, building influence, raising funds, and engaging audiences.
What we do
At Radiate Media (a subsidiary of Özlü Creative + Community), we believe that with our content, campaign, and events, we can change the face of innovation so that more people feel empowered to step into their leadership and tackle our society’s greatest challenges. Because it's going to take ALL of us to move through what's going on in the world!
Through our NO CREDIT video podcast, our Radiate Media platform, social channels, community partner network, Radiate Media events, and our digital media content, we're creating spaces and platforms where the voices and stories of unsung and incomparable innovators in the STEM and creative fields are heard, celebrated, and amplified. By leveraging strategic partnerships with organizations like the Toronto International Film Festival, Rick Hansen Foundation, and Conagra Foods, we are creating opportunities for curious and creative people to come together, collaborate, tell their own stories, and champion equity.

How it started
In 2020, as the world began to transform, it was the power of storytelling that called us to listen and relearn, build resilience and connect with others on a deeper, more human level. Recognizing this shift, Zeynep founded Özlü Creative + Community to elevate the powerful voices of underheard, underrepresented communities through various channels and platforms across a range of sectors.
How it's going
What started as a consulting firm with a sole proprietor has quickly grown into Radiate Media, a media company that tells stories that move and influence communities. We cover industry events, produce podcasts that shed light on incredible humans doing incredible work, run events that engage and bring people from different walks of life together for connection and collaboration, and develop films, series, and digital media for audiences around the world. Our dedicated team of creatives fuel a media platform that engages people across the arts, tech, and science communities. As technology continues to shape every single industry, our mission is to champion diversity of thought, highlight new pathways to innovation, and spotlight more brilliant women and gender-diverse professionals to ensure their contributions to our world never get left out of history books.
